Travelife is an international sustainability certification programme for hotels and accommodations. We work in partnership with tour operators, travel agents and accommodation providers to help protect destinations for the future and increase the positive impacts of the holidays they offer.
This includes supporting local businesses, buying local goods where possible, and protecting the environment and the well-being of people, including their staff, customers and suppliers. By working in partnership with accommodations, tour operators and travel agents around the world, together we are starting to change the way tourism businesses operate and make a significant contribution to sustainable tourism.

The airline TUI fly has committed to reducing weight and waste management to reduce its impact on the environmental as well as costs.
Furthermore, in the customer communications, TUI Nederland strives to create customer awareness on sustainable tourism. In order to safeguard the destinations, TUI Nederland supports TUI Care Foundation, which 'works global and acts local'. Through partnerships with local and international organisations TUI Care Foundation aims to create meaningful and long-lasting impact on holiday destinations.
Leading by example, TUI has taken environmental actions through its own sustainable procurement practices to reduce water, energy and paper consumption, the amount of waste it produces, as well as striving to create a safe, healthy, respectful working environment for its employees and suppliers.
